What clean water means

Clean isn't a feeling. It's a standard.

Water can look, taste, and smell perfectly fine and still not be safe. Cryptosporidium and Giardia cysts, bacteria, heavy metals, chlorine byproducts, and dissolved sediment are all invisible to the naked eye — which is exactly why "clean" has to be measured, not guessed at.

To us, water only counts as clean when it's been tested against recognised standards — NSF, WRAS, WQA, and CICS among them — and verified to remove the specific contaminants your site is actually exposed to. Anything short of that is an assumption, and we don't sell assumptions.

Why it's harder than it looks

Globally, 1 billion people still lack access to safe drinking water, and 2 billion lack adequate sanitation. Around 2 million people die every year from preventable disease caused by poor water and sanitation — 6,000 of them children, every single day, from dehydration caused by diarrhoea.

Lebanon isn't exempt from that pressure: ageing infrastructure, inconsistent mains supply, and a water table under strain all mean the water reaching your tap needs a second, closer look. That's the gap we exist to close — one site at a time.

Where it starts

Nature gets water most of the way there.

Rain, springs, and groundwater arrive relatively clean. It's everything between the source and your tap — ageing pipes, storage tanks, treatment gaps — that lets contamination in. Our job is to close that gap, not fight nature.

The answer

Access to clean drinking water, hygiene education, and the provision of proper sanitation — engineered, tested, and maintained, not left to chance.

Where we come in

We don't take a manufacturer's word for it.

Every system is tested against its stated performance before we recommend it, and tested again once it's running on your site. That's not a compliance step we tick off — it's how we avoid selling you the wrong thing for water we haven't actually looked at.

The Fairey Guarantee

Five promises behind every install.

This isn't a warranty card in a drawer. It's how we actually work — on the first job and the thousandth.

01

Independently certified

Every filtration and treatment solution we install uses equipment independently tested and certified — NSF, WRAS, WQA, CICS — verified against recognised standards before it ever reaches your site.

02

Our own engineers, start to finish

Every system is fitted, calibrated, and signed off by our own trained engineers — the same people you can call back long after the invoice is settled.

03

On a fixed maintenance cycle

Every installation goes onto a routine maintenance cycle. Water systems degrade quietly — filters clog, seals wear — so ours get scheduled checks, catching problems before you'd ever notice one.

04

Round-the-clock response

Emergency response around the clock, every day of the year — because water problems don't wait for office hours, and neither do we.

05

Built around your site

Every recommendation starts with a complimentary on-site assessment. Each system is designed for the site it serves, because no two sites have the same water.
